Signature dishes include center-cut boneless pork loin and marinated chicken cutlets. Chow Down is also known for fall clam bakes and summer luaus. Themed wedding feasts need not be boring. Greg said, “One of our favorite events was a Mexican fiesta rehearsal dinner.”

We have also prepared a full vegetarian dinner, as well as exotic fare such as roasted pheasant and baked alligator tail. “We’re always up for a party,” Greg said.
